Comments: I don't usually like self-striping yarns, but this was was nice. I love the warm colours it has.
Baby's raglan cardigan:

Modifications: I used easy garter stitch instead of the pattern suggested
Comments: This I recently sent to my 4 four months old godchild; hope he likes it!
Vintage skirts:
Fabrics: Old, found from my childhood home
Patterns: none, except for the one on the right (Moda 4/99; design Paola Ivana Suhonen
Comments: like them all; the fabric in the middle is my favourite, but the skirt on the right fits best (obviously).
The one on the left was the first one I made, about 7 yrs ago. The fabric (from Tampella?) used to be a curtain at childrens room when I was a small girl. Half a year ago I made the one on the right; the fabric is a lefover from a shirt that was made for my grandmother ages ago... The one in the middle used to be a tablecloth; i sewed it this summer. Love the soft fabric although the beautiful red colours are losing their brightness.
